“A+++ service from start to finish. Alex, the owner, really takes pride in his work and it shows. I brought in my BMW with several issues that had been piling up over the years. I’ve had the car for seven years, so it was definitely time to give it some attention. The driver and passenger side airbag sensor faults were a big concern, my headlights were badly oxidized and cloudy, and I also had multiple large scratches. Alex took care of everything in a timely manner, and the car looks so much better now. He was honest, professional, and paid attention to the details. “I just had the best experience at New Smile Auto Body. I stopped by the shop right after they closed (after 6pm) because another driver alerted me that my break lights weren’t working and I wanted to get them repaired immediately. While this is an auto body shop, the manager, Alex, was so kind to me. His technicians had gone home for the day but he checked my lights and offered to help give me new ones the next morning. I returned the next morning and he immediately recognized me, made the replacements, and diligently checked my lights and blinkers. I was given the opportunity to look around and see the amazing body work they do on other cars so I also had them look at some dings in my car. They explained the process to me and came up with a reasonable quote to help me get my car back to looking like the gorgeous girl she is.
