I’ve had the car for seven years, so it was definitely time to give it some attention. The driver and passenger side airbag sensor faults were a big concern, my headlights were badly oxidized and cloudy, and I also had multiple large scratches. Alex took care of everything in a timely manner, and the car looks so much better now. He was honest, professional, and paid attention to the details. I stopped by the shop right after they closed (after 6pm) because another driver alerted me that my break lights weren’t working and I wanted to get them repaired immediately. While this is an auto body shop, the manager, Alex, was so kind to me. His technicians had gone home for the day but he checked my lights and offered to help give me new ones the next morning. I returned the next morning and he immediately recognized me, made the replacements, and diligently checked my lights and blinkers. They are very professional, extremely thorough and the quality of their work is exceptional. The office staff are also very nice and extremely thorough. This company is very organized and I have never seen a job done as well as theirs. Eddie and his team worked on repairing my front bumper and replacing the rear one. The repaired front bumper looks as if it is brand new. It is in perfect condition, no imperfections and everything matches and is aligned perfectly. The new rear bumper was painted perfectly and was aligned correctly to remove the large gap I had previously between the bumper and body. The previous bumper cover spacers were epoxied onto the car (from a different shop). They had to go through the hassle of removing these permanently glued brackets and installing new cover spacers to make sure the bumper fits correctly. These guys will do it right to make sure everything is done the proper way. They have definitely increased the value of my car. I enjoyed working with Eddie. He is extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and not pushy for your business, nor ignore you because he doesn't care. He makes excellent recommendations and listens to what you want. He is very understanding and accommodating for any needs you have. I really respect him for all his knowledge on what is needed to do an excellent job.”

The lady giving the estimate was very thorough and explained the entire process of the work that needed to be done, gave me great assurances that they would make sure the paint and body would be like new again after the work had been done. All of the staff here were very open to answering any questions that I had. This made me very comfortable having this work done and spending the amount of money that was required to do the job right!
